1. Acceptance

By using Loyalty Cards (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. The Service is operated by Digital Loyalty Cards and is available online.

2. What the Service is

Loyalty Cards is a digital stamp card platform for coffee shops. Customers register at a participating shop, receive a digital loyalty card in Apple Wallet or Google Wallet, and collect stamps. Eight stamps entitle the holder to one free drink at the shop where the stamps were collected.

Free drinks are issued at the sole discretion of each participating coffee shop. We do not operate or own any of the coffee shops using the platform.

3. Customer accounts

  • You must provide an accurate name and email address when registering.
  • Each registration is tied to one shop. Stamps from one shop cannot be transferred to another.
  • Loyalty cards and stamps have no cash value and are non-transferable.
  • We reserve the right to remove cards that show signs of abuse or fraudulent stamping.

4. Coffee shop accounts

  • Coffee shops are responsible for keeping their login PIN confidential.
  • Coffee shops may only stamp cards belonging to their own registered customers.
  • Coffee shops are solely responsible for honouring the free drink reward.
  • We may suspend or remove a shop account that misuses the platform.

5. Acceptable use

You must not:

  • Attempt to forge, manipulate, or automate stamp requests.
  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
  • Interfere with the security or availability of the Service.
  • Register multiple accounts to accumulate extra stamps.

6. Availability

We provide the Service on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access and may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time without notice. We are not liable for any loss resulting from downtime or service changes.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of the Service, including loss of stamps or rewards due to technical errors. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you have paid us, if any — which for customers is zero.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms at any time. The updated version will be posted at this URL with a new "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
